Conclave is a weekly community event: players donate gold during the Summons; during the Deliberation the top 5 donors vote for the main bonus. The minimum donation is global for the cycle. In Phase 4, whoever hit the minimum receives the proclaimed event and any Tier 2 events that reached their goal.

The 4 Phases of the Weekly Cycle

Summons
⏱ Mon–Thu
Donate gold to any event through the panel (OTC). The personal goal is global for the cycle. Main events with a goal are part of the vote; Tier 2 events with 10bi trigger on their own during the Consecration.

Deliberation
⏱ Friday morning, until noon
The ranking shows up to 10 donors. The top 5 vote only on main events (Tier 1). The biggest donor can proclaim. Tier 2 events aren't part of the vote.

Proclamation
⏱ Friday afternoon/evening
The winning main event is announced. The cycle's top 5 donors are shown. Tier 2 events that reached their goal are ready for the Consecration.

Consecration
⏱ Sat–Sun
Main event + qualified Tier 2 events are active. Whoever hit the cycle's global minimum donation automatically receives all these bonuses.

Consecration
🧩 Tier 2: smaller goals (10bi), not part of the vote, and trigger on their own during the Consecration if the goal is reached. They can run alongside the main event.
🏆 The top 10 donors appear on the Deliberation ranking. Only the top 5 can vote. The biggest donor can proclaim the event.
⚠️ If no main event reaches the collective goal by the end of the Summons, the cycle fails and a new Conclave opens on Monday. Tier 2 alone doesn't save the cycle.

✅ Event in progress: stays active Saturday and Sunday, main event displayed, Tier 2 events that reached their goal are also active, biggest donor recorded, top 5 shown, eligible players receive all bonuses.
Each cycle, 1 main event is chosen during the Deliberation (10 votable events). There are also 2 Tier 2 events (10bi goal) that trigger on their own during the Consecration. Dynamic events (Stones and Exp) scale their bonus based on the amount raised.

They're not part of the Deliberation. If the 10bi goal is reached, they activate during the Consecration alongside the main event.

Goals Summary
To receive the bonus in Phase 4, the player must have donated the minimum required for their reset profile. The goal is global. Players with up to 3 resets receive the bonus for free.
✅ Important rule: if you donated to a Tier 1 event and hit the minimum, you also receive the bonuses when the Tier 2 events activate.

How to Calculate Your Minimum Donation
Formula (global for the cycle): Up to 3 resets: exempt. 4 resets: 250M. 5 resets: 300M. N resets (N>3): 100M + (N−1) × 50M. Counts the total donated across any event in the cycle.
🧩 Tier 2: Death Loss -50% and Dummy Skill +10% each require 10bi from the community.
💡 Your donation goes toward the collective goal of the chosen event — the more players take part, the easier it is to reach the goals.
🗳️ Voting: only the top 5 donors vote. Tier 2 events aren't part of the vote. The biggest donor can proclaim. In a tie, whoever raised more during the Summons wins.
